About Maria Hellman

In my current role as Project Manager, I have overall responsibility for the financial outcome, project direction, completion and personnel for projects. I make sure that the project is steered towards set financial and production goals and that our clients expectations are met in the best way. Together with my project team I make sure that the project are successful and profitable. During 2020, I worked as Business developer for Skanska US Building in North Carolina, USA. I had this opportunity through a global leadership program within Skanska for young talents. When I came back to Sweden I continued to implement my take aways from my role for Skanska US building as business developer in Stockholm. I worked strategically to strengthen Skanska’s position in Stockholm with focus on sustainability, partnering and innovation. Some of my main areas was (and still is) to build and strengthen relationships with our prioritized customers, identify new business opportunities, market- and trend analysis and strategic planning on region level. From my privous role as production manager I got a broad experience of production process, from start to handover of complex projects. That includes production management, team leadership, time planning, cost and budget follow up, quality controls and inspections. I am result driven and target focused about how we can collaborate to build sustainabel cities where people can work, play and thrive - that will last for further generations.
