About Maria Knapp

I’m a certified Manager for Applied AI Transformation (IHK) with a background in data-driven marketing — and a passion for helping organisations turn AI from a buzzword into real, measurable transformation. After 15+ years in marketing automation, CRM ecosystems and lifecycle strategy, I now focus on AI enablement at scale: helping organisations identify high-value use cases, build compliant and transparent governance, and establish the operating models that let AI actually deliver impact. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, people, technology and change.I design ROI-driven prioritisation frameworks, build ambassador networks, introduce agile, KPI-based delivery models and create the clarity needed for senior leaders to steer transformation confidently. What motivates me: empowering teams, breaking down silos, and shaping a culture where AI is used responsibly, ethically and with purpose. I believe AI is not just a technology shift — it’s a behavioural and organisational shift.
