About Maria Li

Recruitment should challenge the business, not just serve it.I'm a Talent Acquisition Partner with 7+ years in full-cycle recruitment across tech, SaaS, blockchain, and high-growth scale-ups — covering markets across EMEA, US, and JAPAC.What makes me different: I don't just fill roles. I push back on unrealistic briefs, reframe job specs with data, and hold hiring managers accountable to their own timelines. I bring pipeline analytics, market benchmarks, and honest conversations to every role I own.I've built and scaled teams via RPO (Cerecaptio), embedded TA (Supermetrics, Wolt, Nortal), and standalone People functions — always with a focus on quality-of-hire, hiring manager partnership, and a candidate experience that doesn't embarrass the brand. If you're looking for someone who nods and posts jobs — I'm not your person. If you want a talent partner who helps you hire smarter, let's talk.Open to Senior TA Partner / Lead TA roles in tech or SaaS. Remote-friendly. EU-based.
