With over 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics for the emergency management sector, I am a senior reporting analyst at the state's critical link between the community and the emergency services. My mission is to provide high-quality reports, briefings, and business products that support service quality and improvement initiatives, as well as strategic investment and commissioning decisions.I have a strong background in psychology, which enables me to review, analyse, and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources, and to identify emerging issues, risks, and trends impacting the achievement of key business objectives and imperatives.
