Mechanical Engineering degree with more than 15+ yrs of progressive experience supporting different Oil and Gas facilities (Upgrading units, Primary and Secondary Extraction, Mining/Mobile Equipment and Tailings) specializing in: • Design, Implementation, and continuous monitoring of Preventing Maintenance programs for compliance, effectiveness and efficiency, forecasting of resources and cost estimations to support Reliability Program’s implementation, Assurance and implementation of PM programs in alignment with the maintenance mid-range and long range schedule and/or Major Events Calendar for PM schedule alignment and efficiencies; KPIs stewardship reports, Master Data creation/updates, M&R functional consultant for SAP Implementations Projects, and data analysis of SAP counters on a weekly basis (to identify premature failures) for Mobile equipment Fleet/ fixed plan assets • Asset criticality; RCM/RCA participation and failure data analysis – ESDS (Equipment Strategy Data Sheet) Interpretation and Implementation • Project Planning (scheduling, cost estimates, budget, resource leveling, man-hours estimate, progress control measurement) • Deep expertise with the Maintenance and Reliability End-to-End work management processes as well as Continuous improvement (CI) methodologies.
