Hi, my name is Maria. I am an integrative counsellor registered with BACP. Counselling can be a big step for individuals to make, you may be seeking help or working on personal development. Well done for considering this step. I truly get how much courage it takes a person to reach out for support. I believe we as individuals are the experts on ourselves and with collaboration with myself we can work out together on how to achieve individual goals. I believe that no 2 people need them seem thing to heal and I love that I get the privilege to walk a long side people in their paths to self growth and understanding themselves. My working history has involved extensive experience of disability and the impacts it may have. I also have specialised experience in employment rights and understand the needs of individuals with disability in the labour market. I have 20 years of working within the care sector and working with individuals different disadvantaged and marginalised groups. I am an advocate for equality and human rights.
