During my 10-year career in IT and fintech, I've been part of three website renewals, two intranet projects, two rebrandings, four restructurings, and three mergers. Still, to me it's always about the people and community- What I Do - I'm a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager at Evitec Solutions in the IT sector. Ten years here has taught me that communication is more than just channels and press releases: it's truly about helping people work better together. I'm responsible for our external and internal communications and marketing, partnering with leadership, sales, and business units. It brought people together when we couldn't meet face-to-face- How I Work - As a kid, I wanted to dig into details like an archaeologist 🦖, see the big picture like an astronomer, help people understand things like a teacher, and tell stories like a writer. That's exactly how I approach my work today. I'm driven by curiosity and love learning and working in different projects, from campaign planning to website development to AI applications. I can spend my morning building an intranet, my afternoon coaching leadership through a difficult announcement, and still contribute to strategy sessions. What matters most to me is people and community. The best work happens when people feel heard, supported, and connected to something bigger than themselves- My Drivers - My education in journalism gave me appreciation for facts and openness. Human rights and equality matter deeply to me, both personally and professionally. There's always more to learn, and that's what keeps me energized.
