Currently leading a talented team who work within GRC and a Pension & Retirement team. The team includes Compliance, AML, Vendor Governance, Operational Risk Management, Business Continuity and Defined Contributions Client Transitions & Plan Maintenance for Prudential Financial. With 9 years of US Retirement plans knowledge. Achieving FINRA registered Licensed Representative- currently Series 6 & 99 are active and previously obtained S26 & S63. TCS (previously Pramerica Systems Ireland) has afforded me the opportunity to develop a rewarding career. I have been able to develop as an individual, but also help mentor and motivate others to develop their knowledge and skills. Throughout my career I have been an advocate for innovation and collaboration. Especially the relationship between the two and how a small conversation can spark an idea to solve a problem or challenge, but more importantly create a more effective and efficient process. With anticipating the customers/candidate needs at the forefront. I have worked on high profile projects and lead successful transitions of work to other countries. I have gone on extended assignments to the United States with these projects. One of my passions is mentoring and I am privileged to have had the opportunity to mentored others in different levels, from Customer service representatives to individuals in leadership roles.
