As an HR Officer and then a Senior Human Resources Officer at The Cyprus Institute, I have over seven years of experience in managing and developing the human capital of a leading research and education institution in Cyprus. I have a Master's degree in International Marketing, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in HR Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management, UK. Also, I am a Certified Labour Relations Officer by OEB. My core competencies include events management, labour and employment law, employment contracts, labour relations, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. I have successfully handled and implemented various HR projects, handled many labour related matters, and ensured compliance with national regulations. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the company's mission and vision.
