The Communication Technician is accountable for providing excellent Customer Service within the Managed WAN/LAN Service Delivery & Operations department. This would involve inbound and outbound customer calls, collecting information on service issues, documenting actions through our trouble ticket systems, and performing triage and basic troubleshooting on managed services (both restricted and unrestricted accounts and including Government of Canada). Positive Interaction with fellow employees, internal departments and external suppliers is required to accomplish the above.
