As an Investment Banking Associate, I work on M&A deals in healthcare, helping business owners find a new home for their companies or build strong partnerships with PE groups for future growth. I have extensive experience in managing deals in the $2M to $20M+ EBITDA range at all stages, from the first interaction with a business owner to closing the deal, including financial modeling, due diligence, and providing strategic advisory services. My professional journey began in management consulting at McKinsey & Company, where I worked with some of the largest Central Asian metals and mining companies on organizational redesign and ESG strategy projects. I then transitioned into finance and moved to the US to pursue my MS in Finance and Financial Econometrics at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. While pursuing my master's, I closely worked with European startups, preparing materials for raising funds from investors. This included building business plans, financial models, and pitch decks that detailed the company's value proposition, customer analysis, go-to-market approach, potential operating model, regulatory constraints, competitor landscape, investment requirements, and key risks.
