About Maria Ruiz

I’m a professional with more than 15 years working in social and educative projects. With a bachelor’s in Social Education, MA in HR Management and, currently studying an ICF Coaching master programme, I’m very interested in helping, guiding, and working together, with individuals and teams, to achieve goals and develop projects. Nowadays, I'm working as a learning and development specialist helping professionals and postgraduate students in their career goals and professional development. I really think that a strong support to students, professionals and companies is key for their own professional and personal development, wellbeing and success. I consider myself a person with highly social skills, like clear communication, assertiveness, and empathy, also I have a team building, goal-oriented and opened-minded mindset, and also I’m quite sensible and reflective.
