Hello! I'm Maria, passionate and purpose-driven with a rich background in project management, stakeholder management, and sustainability. My career journey has revolved around the convergence of sustainability and fashion, as well as driving organizational change. In this capacity, I've led diverse projects, including complex multi-stakeholder initiatives supported by German governmental bodies and the EU, as well as client projects working with start-ups, SME’s and corporates with the end goal of transforming their business models and products. Moreover, I've spearheaded workshops aimed at igniting change within organizations, fostering a culture of innovation and progress.
