Many experiences, that led me to the executive level in a large industrial organization, have provided me with the opportunity to develop personal skills that allows me to face complex business situations with creativity and entrepreneurial flair. I’ve always been fully focused on both the short and long term profitability of each project I’ve been asked to manage. Always achieving the targets in line with the company’s strategies and policies by a continuous and careful planning of all the resources and assets assigned. My distintive skill is a strong ability to identify and manage critical key performance indicators and measures to control the on-going economical trend of each project. This allows me to define in advance any possible deviation and take on time the most appropriate countermeasure getting the top management fully informed of the projects status to guarantee the company assets. I’m looking for improving my skills facing new challenges by liasing with different business cultures but always exploiting the Information Technology as a profitable business tool.
