I define myself as a disciplined and dynamic person who enjoy to work under pressure. I like to always think outside of the box in order to find different solutions. I enjoy challenges and that is why I am always setting myself goals as it motivates me to work hard every day. I always have high expectations and I like to work smart. I have built my career in the upscale hospitality sector, especially in Luxury lifestyle properties W Hotels and Mandarin Oriental among others. Leading international big teams and being a Head of Department during the past years gave me the opportunity to develop different leadership skills. I had the chance to perform Interim Director of Finance tasks during my time at Westmont overviewing 12 different assets in the Netherlands from two different portfolios. In 2024 I completed the Cornell Hotel Investment and Asset Management program seeking my interest for the asset manager part of the business and growing my understanding in both the owner and operator sides.
