Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Energy Coordinator at FMO, I lead complex renewable energy and structured finance transactions, aligning legal strategy across FMO’s global energy portfolio to enhance developmental impact. Passionate about sustainable finance, climate action and ESG-driven investments, I specialise in advising on innovative legal structures that balance risk management with pragmatic, impact-oriented solutions. Formerly a Vice President and Head of Legal for Ukraine at Deutsche Bank, with additional roles as Data Protection Officer and Corporate Secretary. Earlier in my career, I held roles at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Clifford Chance, Baker McKenzie and some other law firms, where I played a key role in advising on financing, restructuring, and equity deals across multiple countries, including Ukraine, Latvia, Poland, Moldova, Greece, Turkey, Georgia, Turkmenistan, and others.
