As a Performance Management Adminstrative Coordinator, I am in charge of processing, coordinating, verifying and reviewing incoming and outgoing military and civilian awards as well as handle record management. 12 years of expertise and experience in the Finance and Banking industry. Excellent skills in loan origination and processing,customer service, data entry analysis, strong attention to detail, performance research analysis and problem resolution. Skilled in Risk Management, Financial Analysis, Mortgage, Commercial Lending and Business Loans. Graduated Bachelor of Arts in Communications from University of St. La Salle - Philippines. I have a great work ethic and looking into the fields of Banking, Finance and Government Contracting. As a Loan Specialist working remotely as a federal contractor for the US Small Business Administration, I was part of the COVID 19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan application program (EIDL) that assisted, handled and processed commercial loan applications for the small business owners across the United States. I was able to improved and developed my skill sets specifically in loan processing and analysis. I also acted as a mentor to my fellow colleagues by guiding and training them in meeting or succeeding their goals and expectations. As a Universal Banker, I assisted, researched and resolved a variety of customer service transactions and issues. I helped my clients improved their financial well-being simply by consolidating or paying off their debts through different banking services and programs enabling them to maximize their funds and savings. I also handled cash or vault management as part of the banking operations.
