As a Human Resource Business Partner Associate at Accenture, I am dedicated to applying my passion for people and project management to drive organizational success. My current role allows me to leverage my background in communication, program management, and data management, while also expanding my skills in human resources. I am continuously learning and growing in this role, applying the skills and knowledge I gained during my Business Information Technology & Project Management certification from Year Up in partnership with South Seattle College. My experience as a Program Manager on the Research Operations team at Salesforce provided me with a strong foundation in project management, which I now bring to the HR space. I am excited to continue building my career in human resources, focusing on developing strategies that enhance employee experience, foster collaboration, and contribute to organizational growth.
