I'm a program and project management professional with 20+ years of experience, and a genuine belief that the best work happens when the people running programs actually care about the communities and partners they serve.My core strengths are ones that translate across industries: building and managing complex programs from the ground up, cultivating partnerships with diverse stakeholders, designing the tools and processes that make organizations run more efficiently, and communicating clearly with everyone from frontline partners to executive leadership and elected officials.Much of my career has been rooted in Wyoming, where I've overseen $5M+ in annual grant funding, managed a $500M+ project portfolio, and served as the primary liaison between government agencies, industry partners, and the communities depending on the programs I run. I take pride in being the kind of program manager who doesn't just administer a process but builds better ones.I hold a B.S. in Agricultural Business from the University of Wyoming, and growing up connected to Wyoming's agricultural heritage has shaped how I approach my work: practically, collaboratively, and with a deep respect for the people on the receiving end of the programs I manage.Outside of work, I'm an active member of the Cheyenne community. I recently served as Indian Committee Chairman for Cheyenne Frontier Days, the world's largest outdoor rodeo and western celebration, where I helped lead an organization drawing attendees annually. I also serve on the boards of Visit Cheyenne and the High Plains Rodeo Foundation.I'm always interested in connecting with others who are passionate about program management, stakeholder engagement, and building things that work well for the people who depend on them.
