In my role as Senior Strategic Sourcer for Newmont Corporation, the world’s leading gold and copper mining company, I drive market research and pipelining of top talent for our organization. I’m passionate about connecting with people of different philosophies, backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. You could say that advocacy for Diversity & Inclusion is part of my DNA. I have firsthand perspective from growing up with two siblings with disabilities, which made me acutely aware of the impact of overt and unconscious stereotypes. Essentially, people are my business. Drawing on functional expertise in human resources and customer success management in the financial services, technology, engineering, and mining sectors, my road with recruiting reflects an eclectic background that has always been centered around people strategies.
