About Mariah Schroeder

I bring 15+ years of experience driving organizational impact through multi-year strategic planning, operations leadership, and coaching. I help individuals and teams set big goals and ensure they have the tools to achieve them. I've led large-scale change management efforts, leveraging my ability to align stakeholders by building authentic relationships and understanding their context and concerns. At KIPP, the largest charter school network in the US, I designed strategic conversations with network executives to build the KIPP’s first nationwide strategic plan to achieve shared goals. I led the rebranding of KIPP network’s mission and vision by engaging stakeholders, generating investment in the updates through region-specific change management plans and by building rapport among C-level executives and staff. I created and guided a working group of Black CEOs, resulting in 15 regional school organizations initiating talent practices to support KIPP’s equity goal of improving the retention and promotion of Black leaders. Most recently, I launched KIPP’s newest region in Detroit, MI, establishing the infrastructure and critical relationships needed for long-term financial and operational sustainability.
