Embarking on my final year of Law LLB at the University of Birmingham, my journey through law and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives has been both enriching and transformative. My legal studies have equipped me with a robust foundation in legal principles and practices, where I’ve honed skills in legal drafting, advocacy, and research. Coupled with my practical experience through pro bono work, I have a keen understanding of the law's impact and the nuances of navigating legal challenges.Parallel to my academic pursuits, my active engagement in EDI has been a defining aspect of my university experience. Through roles such as an EDI Project Assistant and EDI Student Ambassador for Sport and Fitness, I have led and contributed to projects that enhance inclusivity, advocate for equity, and celebrate diversity within the university community.
