About Mariam El Qady

With over 15 years of experience in human resources management, I am passionate about developing, managing, and implementing talent management activities and career development programs that foster and support strategic goals. As the Talent Management Section Head at Telecom Egypt, I lead a team of professionals who are responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition, retention, succession, and mobility plans, as well as overseeing the performance management and learning and development functions. In addition to my current role, I am also a certified MBA lecturer and a freelance trainer, with a focus on business administration and management. I guide adult learners through practical and applicable business courses, using blended learning activities to ensure efficient and creative teaching. I also track student progress and take the necessary steps to ensure student success. Furthermore, I provide ongoing support and training to employees in the goal-setting, coaching, performance improvement, and calibration processes. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) degree, aiming to deepen my knowledge and skills in the field of business research and education.
