As a Telehub Specialist Patient Access at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, I have been providing excellent customer service and patient care for over nine months. I am part of a new project that aims to improve the efficiency and quality of the contact center and the appointment scheduling system. I have extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having worked at the same organization for different roles since 2014. I have developed skills in communication, marketing communications, and high performance, and have earned certifications from LinkedIn on these topics. I am passionate about sport management and have obtained an executive diploma in this field from Paris Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. I also hold a bachelor's degree in business administration from SBS Swiss Business School. My mission is to contribute to the vision and values of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, which is to provide world-class healthcare and patient experience in the region.
