As Executive Office Assistant at KOSTAL Group I focus mainly on maintaining polite and professional business communication and anticipate the needs of teams and managers. I also have the opportunity to collaborate cross-departmentally to improve internal processes, create enablement tools and weigh-in on our corporate strategy. My job at KOSTAL Group allows me to do a variety of things but being able to contribute to a team effort by accomplishing results in the organization with the best talent and a revolutionary solution is what makes this a labor of joy for me. I am proud to work at a family founded tech company that strives to develop and always remain reliable for customers. The company history is the solid foundation on which we are building our future. The KOSTAL team is brilliant, driven and obsessed with what we are building today. I'm never not working or thinking about work. Just kidding :) I'm highly competitive against myself and others. Bicycling is my sport and you can occasionally see me making challenges to some mountain. I'm a realist. I love the challenge of being told 'no' and turning it to a 'yes'. My superpower is my tenacity and my personal mantra is 'never leave anything to chance'.
