Currently serving as an HR Operations Executive at Collective Artists Network, Mumbai where my KRA's are Onboarding process, streamlining, post-joining process, Induction, L&D, employee life-cycle and miscellaneous. Previously served as an HR Intern at MullenLowe Lintas Group, Mumbai where I was responsible for PAN India Intern Recruitment, Employee Engagement and got hands-on experience in campus placement and Induction process. Having experience in HR, I am looking forward to explore, learn and grow further in the field of HR along with the organization. My core interest lies in HR Operations, Employee Engagement and L&D. Apart from my professional life, I am a self learning Henna Artist, I love cooking and also aspire to become a baker in the near future, I am fond of dancing and music, passionate about exploring things especially FOOD
