I am an ardent educator with over 10 years of university teaching experience and administration at the tertiary level. My educational background, technical and interpersonal skills, and passion for learning have equipped me with a unique set of teaching expertise. I am committed to maintaining high standards of professional integrity and providing quality teaching and student services. I am a strong advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), classroom internationalization, and promoting student wellness to improve persistence and academic performance. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Higher Education and serving as a graduate assistant at the College of Education and Health Professions at the University of Arkansas. Prior to embarking on my doctoral studies, I held various teaching positions at three renowned universities in Egypt: the German University in Cairo, Cairo University, and the American University in Cairo. My career objective is to secure a challenging role in the field of higher education, leveraging my passion, education, technical skills, and interpersonal abilities to drive the growth and success of an educational institution. As an experienced educator and administrator, I am committed to making a meaningful impact on the organization through innovative approaches, efficient processes, and collaborative leadership. Additionally, I seek to advance my own professional development by actively seeking out opportunities to learn, grow and contribute to the ongoing success of the institution.
