If you know me, you know what I offer: a unique blend of experience and dedication that goes beyond a mere job title. I am one of those employees who become ingrained in the fabric of a company, quickly identifying and addressing its needs to create exceptional customer experiences. Born and raised in Montreal to Lebanese parents, I discovered my passion for languages at a young age. It was a calling that led me to Beirut, Lebanon, where I pursued and successfully earned a bachelor's degree in Sciences du Langage et de La Communication from the Lebanese University. My program specialized in Natural Language Processing, with a keen focus on French and Arabic Linguistics. My journey then took an exciting turn, leading me to a startup FinTech company, which has now grown into the renowned Nuvei. Over the course of 8 years, I traversed the dynamic landscape of the financial technology industry, gaining valuable experiences. I trained and supervised operations at various BPO sites, collaborated with leading Fintech personalities, and expanded my expertise beyond languages. Subsequently, my path led me to Sherweb, where I embarked on a transformative journey. Today, I am proud to be a woman in tech, and each day feels like an extraordinary accomplishment. I've learned that not knowing something should never discourage me; it simply means that I have the opportunity to pioneer new solutions and create groundbreaking innovations. Though my journey has seen few stops, the wealth of knowledge I've acquired along the way is immense.
