I have several experiences in Quality Assurance/Audit/ Mortgage position. My position have required me to monitor call center reps, to assure they are following rules and regulations and company policies. I also had to coach and train reps on proper procedures. I complete reports and prepare reports for meetings with AVP, VP, and managers. My job also consist of me attending calibrations meeting with the compliance team and manager, to be sure the team is calibrating at accurate percentage. In other compliance position I have held, I reviewed documentation for mortgage and to be sure information was in compliance. Investigated information that was provided by homeowner, this job also required me to investigate why did the loan fail, this consist of me contacting insurance companies, adjusters, banks, employers, review credit reports, bank statements, paystubs and w2’s that was provided. I also re-verified DTI, employment,titles and rent to assure the loan was not fraudulently process.Over all my job was to be sure the loan was in compliance when it was process. I have worked with several programs such as: Witness, Legacy, As400, Iportal, Share Point, Urban, Stewart, excel, access,equator,Lamp, LMA, PowerPoint, outlook. I enjoy working in quality assurance/compliance/audit, without this position in place a company can be jeopardizing the company in so many ways. This job role is very important, as well as the quality is important.
