About Marian Eichholz

I am a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on client relationships, program management, event planning, communications and marketing. Known for creativity, high energy, adaptability and charisma. My experience working for The First Tee during the last ten years has given me the opportunity to work in diverse roles and responsibilities. Most recently, my role has involved creating and launching our incredible First Tee College Scholarship Program. This program supports selected alumni through their collegiate journey with a scholarship, professional development, mentoring and job placement assistance. Prior to this role, I was the Assistant Director of Community Programs. I was successfully managing program implementation, community/business development and stewarding major donors for 64 chapters in 21 states. Additionally, other roles have focused on planning events across the nation, managing international programs, working on sponsorships, fundraising and building strong relationships throughout the organization’s network, internally and externally. Always looking for ways to challenge myself personally and professionally.
