This core insight inspired me to partner with award-winning training company, Action First Aid, to lead the mental health division, Action Total Health. After 15+ years in advancing roles working for global industry-leading companies, I was inspired to pursue a career that centered around my long-standing key passion, health and wellness. As a Holistic Nutritionist, one of my key takeaways from my consulting work with individuals and organizations was how critical supporting mental health was to overall health. This lead me to further pursue my studies in this field and join Action First Aid in our mission to provide innovative mental health programs to serve organizations, educational institutions, and the community.
