I love working with people and helping them achieve their goals. As a leader, I provide encouragement, support and structure while meeting company sales and growth objectives. I adjust training and coaching to meet a variety of learning styles. Designing and implementing training that works with measurable results is key to a successful program. I have experienced first-hand the changes technology has presented from both the field perspective and the corporate view. My role in working with start-up companies has provided great insights into problem-solving and business strategies. To enhance my career experience and fine-tune skills, I recently completed my Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing Management. This has given me a fresh perspective on social media, marketing, and global business.
