I excel at solving problems, building cohesion, and finding ways to make people's lives easier. I bring to my job the well-honed skill of sussing clarity from ambiguity, and building roadmaps from what I find. I’ve been described by a colleague as ‘aggressively curious,’ to which I say, thanks for the compliment! I have enjoyed many positions throughout my career in marketing, business development, business intelligence, and software development. In all of these roles, I’ve ensured that whomever was the ‘customer’ was the center of my work. I’ve become a keen listener, and that’s made me capable of working with a FinServ CEO as easily as I can a farmer. Most recently, I was handed a software project in its infancy and brought the product to market in under 18 months, growing the user base from 4 beta users to over 300 users. I worked with USDA economists, local food industry thought leaders, and on-the-ground market managers and farmers to ensure that our product would bring value to all users, while creating a valuable revenue and data stream to our organization.
