About Mariana Gastal

I am a design strategist, researcher and project manager. I have over 8 years of experience, in a professional journey that allowed me to go through many different areas within branding and design, such as graphic design, service design, design thinking, naming, facilitating and communication. Over the last few years, I've been involved mainly in brand strategy and research projects. Within these projects, I was able to develop and lead creative workshops and sprints, write research and strategy reports, manage projects from beginning to end and build internal management tools and processes. • Winner of Fast Company's Best World Changing Idea Award Latin America 2021, with the Roots project developed for Cervejaria Ambev. The project also won the Bronze Medal at the Positive Impact Design category of Brazil Design Awards 2019 • Winner of the Silver Medal at the Digital Design category of the Brazil Design Awards 2021 with the Minha Pele project for Nivea.
