My latest role involved handling communication on project progress, conducting monitoring visits, and ensuring smooth project implementation. With experience in drafting and submitting detailed reports, as well as reviewing intermediary and final reports, I bring a meticulous and results-oriented approach to my work. In my previous role as a Program Assistant, I played a crucial role in administrative coordination, conducting due diligence on project proposals, and adapting programs to address emerging needs, particularly during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. I contributed to the hiring process, trained junior consultants, and maintained comprehensive databases. My academic background includes an MSc in International Management and International Relations from Oxford Brookes University, where I conducted research on the cultural challenges faced by Eastern European migrants in the UK. This academic foundation, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Moldova State University, enhance my ability to navigate complex international contexts. Beyond my formal education, I've demonstrated adaptability and multitasking abilities as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Oxford and gained valuable insights into government operations during an internship at the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moldova. Additionally, my volunteer experience with AIESEC further developed my organizational and leadership skills.
