About Marianne Wright

The workplace is about the space, the tools, AND the people, all working as one cohesive unit. Through strategic planning, it is the responsibility of the workplace manager and team, to construct such a work space that is inspiring and enticing in both attracting and retaining top talent. In many ways, the function of my role as Office and Facilities Manager is the glue that binds an organization together. From ensuring the building is properly maintained, to spatial planning, asset management, ensuring issues are addressed with minimal downtime, and maintaining a safe working environment, my success is critical to the company’s prosperity. As part of a global company, I further extend my skills by supporting a global team vision to formulate strategies that ensure all the organization’s resources are being used to their fullest capability. This entails everything from providing world class customer service, office redesign, and restructuring of current processes. Collaborating with other departments, such as Finance, HR, and IT, ensures new strategies fulfil the company’s current needs, as well as those for the future. Oftentimes, my role acts as the heart of the organization, and I strive to be a principal role in my company's growth and success. Regardless of the title I hold, one thing remains consistent-my job is about taking care of my people and their needs.
