I’m a relationship-driven, sales, business development, and customer success leader seeking an opportunity with a company innovating through science or technology. But, after winning President’s Club and proving my skills in developing and retaining accounts, I was promoted into the newly formed Strategic Account Management team. As a Strategic Account Manager, I worked with distributors, e-commerce stores and KOL entrepreneurs. I cultivated what would become the company’s largest sales portfolio at $30M, accounting for 10% of total corporate annual sales. I did this by understanding account business, then strategically up- and cross-sell, increasing sales by 16% while maintaining 100% account retention. One client opportunity helped me discover my passion for project management and working cross-functionally. Initially, they purchased a few thousand dollars per year of standard products, representing about 50% of their product line. Over several years, I worked cross-functionally with departments ranging from R&D, and legal, to regulatory and finance to develop a custom-formulated line of business generating $6M in annual sales, representing 90% of the client's product line. My career started in business intelligence, with major success expanding accounts for Brio reporting software (now Oracle). In this role, I discovered and mapped the KPIs to the reporting needs of Fortune 50 businesses (Alaska Airlines, Boeing, Nike, Starbucks, Weyerhaeuser) as well as Bonneville Power Administration. In my first full year with Brio, I negotiated a $1M site-license agreement with the BPA, obtained 136% of quota, and earned President’s Club. I use grit, determination and creative problem-solving to get results for my clients.
