I'm a creative mind who thrives on organization. Where logic and reasoning meet inspiration and color. I live to create a world that's a little brighter and better than when I leave it. I'm a passionate people helper, an out-of-the-box thinker, roll with the punches and get back up running kind of person. I work to be challenged and create something new and exciting. I thrive in an environment that is full of both collaboration and independence. I'm a story teller, an outgoing introvert, a driven mind, and a dedicated people helper. I bring all of these skills and more to managing projects. I change a boring meeting into a meaningful dialogue. I practice active listening while providing insight to better the space around me. I'm not afraid to talk about tough subjects. I make my voice heard in a sea of sound. I have a passion for training, onboarding, and learning & development and always seek to help improve processes to set the tone for new hires joining the company. I'm a peer leader, a mentor, a confidant, a friend. I'm confident in my abilities and know what I bring to the table. I don't live to work but work to live but have a passion for what I do. I strive to bring my best self to work everyday and consider it a failure of I didn't help bring a smile to at least one persons face. People are what makes a company, and I'm a pretty awesome person.
