With over three years of experience in leading complex and strategic health plan implementations, I am a Director, Implementation Lead at Evolent Health, a leading provider of value-based care solutions. I am passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and contact center solutions, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines, and facilitating collaboration between technical and operational teams. In my current role, I have successfully implemented the largest client for Evolent Health, supporting over members, and creating efficiencies that improved key service metrics. I have also led the implementation of two distinct Medicare Advantage plans simultaneously, a first in Evolent Health's platform history. I leverage my strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to build business requirements, serve as a liaison, and support configuration validation.
