Committed to a resource-based approach in the field of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) since 2006. Proven record of effective program development, implementation, and external evaluation in the field of MHPSS, Gender Based Violence (GBV) and Child Protection (CP). Strong skills in TOC (theory of change) design and in development of MHPSS policies, strategies, and manuals within complex organizational or contextual settings. Extensive experience in capacity development, coaching and supervision of teams. Passionate about transcultural approaches and about challenging and reframing attitudes from a gender and mental health lens to co-create a sustainable process of cultural change. 18 years of field experience in emergency, development and corporate contexts, and a sound record of experience in designing and providing staff-care support. Working in Arabic, French and English, with multicultural systems (organizations, groups, families, couples and individuals).
