I refined my teaching approaches based on valuable feedback from students to ensure an engaging and effective learning experience tailored to their needs and comprehension levels.Teamwork and Service:• Simulation Technician Intern @ UTS Faculty of Health - At the end of the UTS Spring semester, I collaboratively worked together with the academics, assessors, and clinical simulation officers for a significant event known as the 'Objective Structured Clinical Examination'. My role during the exam consisted of checking-in with all the assessors before and after each exam on the functionality of all devices, and answer all problem calls during the exam to troubleshoot it.Professional Experiences and Projects:• Simulation Technician Intern @ UTS Faculty of Health - Developing a new booking system on Microsoft PowerApps for the Clinical Simulation Practice Labs that students use for self-study. The previous booking system involved excessive detail and preparation that were not necessary. A new system came into play for student ease and clearer data from students.
