About Marie Basile

I’m a Senior Technical Support Specialist with a background in hospitality and a passion for helping people make the most of the technology they use every day. Before moving into tech, I spent several years in the hospitality industry, where I built a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. In my current role, I provide high-level support for proprietary software, working closely with customers to troubleshoot issues, explain complex concepts, and keep things running smoothly. As a Subject Matter Expert, I also collaborate with product teams on feature improvements and create training materials to help both customers and internal teams.
