At Florida Virtual School, I lead initiatives that streamline onboarding, SOPs, and compliance reporting, while also managing finance workflows, collections, and vendor audits — consistently improving efficiency and exceeding KPIs. As a Part-Time Instructor at Valencia College, I design and deliver workforce development programs, applying curriculum design and adult learning strategies to build skills and strengthen employee experience.
