Welcome to my profile! My name is Marie, I am a graduate of Vatel and I have a master's degree from the Paul Bocuse Institute, specializing in Lifestyle. I have four years of experience in high end hotel management. I also have experience in the strategic hotel environment, mainly focused on sales and development. Naturally endowed with a good interpersonal skills, sensitive to the well-being and cohesion of a local and international clientele, I am convinced that a revolution in the hotel industry is underway and I am determined to be part of it. Caring, committed and above all persevering, my goal is to carry out my missions in the most favourable environment. Trust and collaboration are in my opinion the foundations of a healthy company. I chose the world of the hotel/restaurant industry because I have been passionate about gastronomy, art, and relationships since my childhood. This world offers me the possibility to juggle with human contact (which I particularly like), travel, and my passions. The hotel business allows me to blossom in a society that I believe is being lost to modern individualism.
