About Marie Citrano

I love science. I’m an incredibly curious person, with lots of questions about how things work, the history of them, and much more. This coupled with a dual degree in Biological Science and Criminal Justice has fueled my passion for the field of Forensic Science. This all stemmed from a class I took in high school called, and you guessed it, Forensic Science. Clearly it’s stuck with me. Right now, I’m on the path to fulfill my dream of becoming a Forensic Scientist. Here’s some lessons I’ve learned on my journey so far-Communication is the key to any and all success- Being a leader isn’t just about leading, but making sure your whole team succeeds - It is okay to say “no” if you have too much on your plate and how to delegate that task accordingly Some skills that I’ve learned on my journey- How to communicate to anyone and everyone - Staying calm when tensions or stress gets high I love learning and would love to learn more about any science you’d like to share.(Bonus points if it’s about Forensics!)
