Commitment to Continuous Improvement Throughout my career, I have been consistently tapped for complex projects because of my attention to detail, process-oriented approach, and commitment to continuous improvement. Through data analysis I translate findings into actionable recommendations. Adopting a process-oriented approach, I continually evaluate my projects to identify, document, and implement process efficiencies. Proudest Moments I authored a detailed process documentation of complex sampling and weighting methodologies for a nationally representative data collection. Developed to guide understanding of the methodologies, and to aid decision-making on future changes to the methodologies, the process documentation was cited among cross-functional teams. I was also recognized for a project that I inherited and reorganized to deliver 100+ individual reports ahead of the deadline and within budget for the first time in the project’s 10+ year history. I delivered the complex reports with the same degree of quality and reliability as my other projects. Secondly, I turned around a previously unprofitable project through integration of three years of data from 100K+ survey respondents and analysis that made the project profitable, garnered the respect of my co-workers as a statistical consultant, and brought additional projects to the organization.
