Professional Experience for Deloitte ACS (senior consultant): Financial Analysis: MasterCard Europe, Financial Planning & Analysis team- To analyze the yearend results for MC Europe (variances analysis)- To assist in the Account planning & forecast (B-Smart/COS)- Responsible to analyze and clean up the yearend accruals- Participate in monthly regional calls on incentive accruals, forecasts, and Risk & Opportunities. Pfizer, Inventory Department- To analyze and propose solutions to solve the reconciliation issues and other different issues from the Inventory Department. Caterpillar Logistic Services Financial Department- Responsible for: monthly closing (translation from Belgian accounts to USGAAP). Reconciliation for Caterpillar Gosselies and Grenoble. Analysis of variances and reporting to the USA. Audit- Involve for the audit of three entities of Euro RSCG (for Deloitte Audit)- Involve for the external audit at Pfizer. Analysis of the PPV in order to explain them to the external auditors- Prepare and participate in quarterly incentive reviews with Controlling Team, Global Finance and external auditors for MC. Other experiences: MasterCard Europe, Financial Planning and Analysis- Validate, review, and follow up on approval of incentives related invoices, ensuring all supporting documentation is available and payments occur within contractually committed terms- Create and maintain a thorough Certificate tracking tool. Caterpillar Logistic Services Financial Department- Account payable for Caterpillar Logistic Services. Responsible for: coding invoices and paying all invoices for 2 facilities (BU & SARL), paying the VAT and duties, forecast for BU & SARL.
