About Marie Morrell

With my Bachelor of Science degree and 23 years’ experience working within the largest health care facility in NS, I have built a reputation for being innovative, collaborative, decisive, and approachable which allowed me to effectively build relationships with frontline workers through to senior executives as well as external stakeholders. In addition, my experience and education provide me with exceptional knowledge of what is excellent customer service, how change management and stakeholder management helps build the highest and safest quality institutions for not only the future but the present day and the care of our community. My many attributes include successful leadership, conflict resolution, communication, and decision making skills. I am able to work independently or as a large contributor as part of a team. I am a successful competent person who is determined, reliable, professional, ethical, and trustworthy. I have good judgement and promote a culture that supports safety and ethical practices within the health care system.
