I’m a agile marketeer with 13+ years of international experience working with a wide range of marketing and portfolio management disciplines including the largest product launch in LEGO Education history, As marketing/product manager at the LEGO Group, I know what it takes to successfully promote products across all channels and through all stages of the customer journey. I have proven success in driving and launching large and complex digital development projects within a big, global organization. I know how to build a solid value proposition, and what it takes to plan and execute impactful global go-to-market and life-after-launch strategies in close collaboration with local markets and sales teams. I´m used to work agile and are used to Jira as a tool. I can work both as a product owner and a project manager and prioritize in backlogs and make sure they align to overall KPIs/OKRs. I possess strong collaboration skills and find it natural to maneuver at all levels in an organization and across functional areas. I work very structured and independently in complex environments, thrive with responsibility and am motivated by the results I generate – both alone and as a team. I’m comfortable taking calculated risks and working in unknown territory and often take the role as project manager in the team. By nature, I am positive, open-minded and like being challenged.
