A certified yoga teacher and transitional life coach, I work 1:1 with my clients designing a yoga and meditation plan tailored to their needs for a healthy body and mind, making them absolutely ready to Live their Dream Retirement. A yoga practitioner since 1997, I struggled as a busy civil rights lawyer for decades to make the time needed to make my body strong and flexible and my mind relaxed and focused so I could be ready to live the dream retirement I always wanted. I became a yoga teacher to assist my clients in making that transformation to their Dream Retirement. I trained at the Himalayan Institute learning an authentic yoga practice with a linage that can be traced back thousands of years. My work as a yoga teacher for children in foster care, I sought further training in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. That training informed my practice for all clients. I became a transitional life coach to benefit my clients as they are making life changes.
